Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Methods, Rates & Times

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination. International carriers may apply fuel surcharges that affect rates from time to time — the rate shown at checkout is what you pay for that order.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Import Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Duty rates and de minimis thresholds are set by your government and can change without notice. We declare all shipments accurately and cannot mark orders as gifts or undervalue them.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Restricted Items

Some countries restrict the type or quantity of cosmetics an individual may import. Please check your local regulations before ordering.
